The facilities were great, including a well-equipped gym and a jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Bangkok.

Conveniently located near transportation, river, and bustling street kitchens. Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Rooftop spa and zen garden were relaxing. Great facilities and multiple room layouts to choose from. Hassle-free early check-in and minor TV issue quickly resolved. Option to purchase snacks and drinks in room. Gym and jacuzzi were enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. They even had some English-speaking staff, made communication much easier. The hotel facilities were great, with a great steam room and gym. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff made sure to clean it and change the towels daily. The location was perfect, with plenty of affordable restaurants nearby serving delicious food. there were lots of spas in the area, perfect for some relaxing pampering.

As foreign tourists, we loved the cozy studio apartments with all the required facilities. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, making our stay comfortable. The location was awesome, close to malls and other attractions. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the price was reasonable.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff allowed me to check in early at no extra charge, and they even checked the room beforehand to ensure it was ready for me. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was in a quiet area but still within walking distance to the BTS system, making it easy to explore the city. The small kitchen in the room was a bonus, allowing me to buy groceries and have a quiet breakfast in the room at my own convenience. The staff were very helpful and I was able to borrow ironing tools easily. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it.

Guests rave about the beautiful views from the rear-facing rooms, as well as the fully equipped kitchen and high standard of security. The walk back to the hotel at night can be a bit unnerving as it can be quite dark, so it's advised to use a cellphone light.
